Cancellation before dispatch

Contact mookyartistry@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order reference. A voluntary change-of-mind cancellation after payment is not guaranteed; requests are examined according to order progress and mandatory applicable rights.

Cancelling an unpaid reservation and asking to cancel a paid sale are different actions. Returning to a cancellation page does not itself refund a verified payment.

Change of mind and statutory withdrawal

No voluntary change-of-mind return is offered for originals or standard prints where that choice is lawful. If a statutory withdrawal or return right applies, this policy does not prevent you from exercising it within the applicable period and conditions.

An existing work is not excluded from a mandatory right merely because it is original, unique or limited edition. Selecting a standard print size is not automatically customisation. An exception for a genuinely personalised creation must be checked and disclosed before that particular order.

Send a clear declaration identifying your order and the items concerned to mookyartistry@gmail.com or the seller's address. Prior permission or an internal return number is not a condition of a legally valid notification.

Where the European goods withdrawal regime applies, the usual notification period is 14 days from receipt, subject to statutory adjustments or extensions. Notification may precede return. Under that regime, goods must then be sent back no later than 14 days after notification, subject to applicable exceptions. A standard size alone never establishes a personalisation exception.

Defects, errors and transit damage

Our voluntary commercial refund policy covers underlying defects and damage unrelated to transport. It does not restrict mandatory remedies for non-conformity, loss, non-delivery or damage during carriage arranged by the seller.

Report the issue with useful references and photographs if available. We will examine the remedies required by applicable rules and the nature of the artwork. A unique original will not be replaced with a different work without your agreement; no copy beyond an edition's limit will be created to resolve an incident.

Preparing and addressing a return

Return address: Yasumin / Mooky Artistry — O Bo Cho Nonthaburi Ban Tha Lan Rd, Grande Pleno, 68/284, Pak Kret, นนทบุรี 11120, Thailand. Contact us for practical packing and customs instructions. Those instructions do not remove mandatory rights or deadlines.

Protect the work and include the supplied items, including its certificate where provided. Original packaging or equivalent protection is recommended. Lack of original packaging alone does not generally exclude legal rights.

Direct return costs are payable by you only where the rules permit and after information before purchase. Costs that must legally remain with the seller, including in certain defect or non-conformity cases, are not transferred to you. Mandatory return deadlines and the rules applicable to your case take priority.

Refund arrangements

Where a refund is due, we use the original payment method if technically possible. Otherwise, another method is agreed with you in accordance with applicable rules. Store credit is not imposed in place of a refund that is due.

Our target is to issue a refund within 14 days of notification. The starting date and any lawful possibility of waiting for returned goods or proof of dispatch depend on the reason and applicable rules. This target cannot postpone a mandatory deadline. The time taken for the credit to appear in your account may differ from the time we issue the refund.

Where full withdrawal entitles you to a refund of the original standard delivery charge, that refund includes the 100 THB surcharge contained in that delivery charge. An express upgrade is excluded only where the applicable rules permit. For a partial return, refundable costs depend on the items and applicable rights; no automatic deduction formula is applied.

Stripe, bank or transfer fees are not automatically deducted from a refund due to you. A payment provider retaining some seller fees does not automatically pass those costs to the buyer.

Online withdrawal and optional notice template

You may use the template below or any other unambiguous declaration. The proposed ‘Withdraw from your contract’ function in the footer lets you enter, review and confirm a declaration and download a dated acknowledgment. An email acknowledgment is intended for the order's verified email; references that cannot be matched are reviewed manually. An acknowledgment does not mean a refund has already been issued. Other legally valid notification methods remain available.
