Dispatch location and destinations

Orders are dispatched from Nonthaburi 11120, Thailand. The intended markets are Thailand and international destinations actually served by the services validated for your parcel. Depending on destination, shipping may use Thailand Post's EMS Thailand, EMS World or Standard Air Parcel service.

If no quote is offered for your destination or parcel, contact us before paying. A country appearing in a list does not guarantee an available delivery service.

Check the country, region and postcode. Some subregions have a separate tariff. Any mismatch must be resolved before dispatch; no extra charge will be debited without your agreement.

Preparation after verified payment

These periods start after payment is confirmed and come before transit. If a delivery date is essential, contact us before ordering. A requested date is guaranteed only if we expressly accept it.

Packing

Still Here and Crowned by Nature prints are produced by IQ Lab in Bangkok, signed, numbered and supplied with a certificate of authenticity. They are unframed and shipped rolled in a protective tube. Check the relevant listing for the exact characteristics and included items.

Shipping charges take account of the parcel for your order. The options and included items are those stated in the listing and the summary before payment.

For originals, only the packing modes offered for that artwork are available: rolled without wood, rolled with wood, or stretched, depending on its reference. A packing selection does not mean a decorative frame is included. If a size does not exactly match a weight reference, the nearest reference size supplies the estimated weight; it does not replace the artwork's actual dimensions.

The Still Here original (150 × 200 cm) is intended to travel in a tube protected by an outer box of approximately 170 × 25 × 15 cm. It requires a specific transport quote. No automatic postal charge based solely on its 5 kg weight is applied to that original. This exception does not concern Still Here prints.

Shipping charges

The shipping amount is shown before payment according to destination, service and parcel. It includes the postal tariff and one fixed shop surcharge of 100 THB per shipment. The surcharge is already included in the displayed amount and is not added again in Stripe.

Import charges requested on arrival are excluded unless the order summary expressly states otherwise.

Transit and tracking

Transit time depends on destination, service and customs checks. It is separate from preparation time. Ask for an estimate before buying if no estimate suited to your destination has been provided. This page does not guarantee a universal transit time.

After dispatch is recorded with a tracking reference, a notification is intended to be sent from order@mookyartistry.com. Reply to that email or contact mookyartistry@gmail.com with your order number for help. Customs delays do not remove mandatory remedies for delay or non-delivery.

Insurance

No additional insurance is planned. We therefore do not promise additional insurance equal to the full value of an artwork. Compensation associated with a postal service depends on that service's conditions; this page guarantees no particular compensation amount.

The absence of additional insurance does not remove the seller's obligations or the buyer's rights in cases of loss, damage, non-delivery or non-conformity.

Customs and charges on arrival

Customs duties, import taxes and handling charges requested on arrival are payable by the buyer only where the applicable rules permit and after information before purchase. The prepared checkout does not collect them. This provision does not transfer the seller's own taxes or obligations to the buyer.

A refused parcel or customs difficulty will be examined in light of the circumstances and applicable rights, without an automatic deduction. We do not offer understated customs values or false gift declarations.

Damaged, incorrect or missing parcels

Email mookyartistry@gmail.com with your order reference and the issue. If possible, keep the packaging and useful photographs to help investigate with the carrier. Ask for appropriate protection instructions before returning a damaged artwork.

An unboxing video or a report within 24 or 48 hours is not a general condition of your legal rights. A carrier claim does not replace the seller's obligations. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for handling arrangements.
