Seller and contact

The seller is Yasumin Maorasee, acting in her own name under the trading name Mooky Artistry.

Artworks and what is included

Each listing describes the artwork, dimensions, medium, price and included items. An existing original painting is a unique physical work. A print is a physical reproduction within the stated edition; standard sizes of the same edition share its total number of copies.

Images show the artwork. A frame, decorative setting or display accessory is included only when the listing expressly says so. Screen colours may differ from the physical work; this does not remove your rights if the delivered item does not match its description. A signature, certificate and edition number are included where advertised.

Personal commissions and genuinely customised works require a separate quote and specific terms agreed before payment. These pages do not make commissions automatically purchasable through the checkout for existing artworks.

Prices, currency and taxes

Reference prices are in Thai baht (THB). Payment may be offered in THB, EUR, USD or CHF. Catalogue conversions are indicative; the quote before payment fixes the exact item and shipping amounts in your selected currency. That total and currency are passed to Stripe Checkout.

Your bank's own conversion or processing charges are separate from the price charged by Mooky Artistry. Check the final total before paying.

Yasumin is not registered for VAT in Thailand, according to the seller's declaration. This does not establish an exemption from every sales or import tax. Import charges are addressed in the Shipping Policy. The seller's own tax obligations are not transferred to the buyer.

Orders and availability

Before paying, check the artwork, size, quantity, packing option, destination, delivery service and total. A temporary reservation of five minutes starts when checkout is initiated. Copies may remain unavailable longer if the payment provider must confirm that a session has closed.

A reservation is not payment. Returning to the website or showing a screenshot does not establish successful payment: the server verifies the payment with Stripe.

If an exceptional availability problem is discovered after verified payment, we will contact you to agree a solution or refund the amounts due for unavailable items. We will not substitute a different artwork without your agreement or promise a copy beyond an edition's limit.

Payment and confirmation

Payment is a one-time card payment on Stripe's secure Checkout page. It does not create a subscription. Full card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored in the website's order register.

An order confirmation is intended to be sent from order@mookyartistry.com with the artwork reference, selected packing option, paid amounts and currency. Replies go to mookyartistry@gmail.com. Configuration and actual receipt of these confirmations must be verified before sales open.

Keep your order summary and payment records. If you need confirmation, or see a debit without an identifiable order, contact mookyartistry@gmail.com with the references available to you. Do not send full card details.

Preparation, shipping and returns

After verified payment, original paintings are prepared within 1–7 calendar days. Still Here and Crowned by Nature prints are prepared within 3–5 business days. Transit starts afterwards and is a separate period.

The Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy provide the corresponding details. Our voluntary policy does not offer change-of-mind returns where that choice is lawful. It does not exclude any mandatory withdrawal, conformity, delivery or refund right.

Rights in the artwork

The purchase concerns the physical item described. It does not grant contractual permission for commercial reproduction, printing, licensing or commercial exploitation of its image. Additional permission requires a written agreement with the rights holder, without affecting uses allowed by law.

Complaints and mandatory rights

For a question or complaint, email mookyartistry@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will examine the circumstances and applicable remedies.

These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law prevents you from waiving. They do not impose exclusive jurisdiction on Thai courts or require a general waiver of consumer protections.
